Thank you for your help last week when Svetlana and I needed to make some
last minute arrangements to go to Kiev, I find Ukraine can be very
frustrating at times, but your service was second to none, unhurried, calm
and very, very professional.

I greatly enjoyed meeting with your brother Feodore, in Kiev, and have to
say his friendliness and attention to detail was equal to your own, and the
apartment was excellent for convenience, comfort and value. Please pass on
my thanks and kind regards to him.

Finally I was most impressed with the service, when our tickets were a
little later than promised, that I had two telephone calls during that time
to keep me informed before Natalya arrived with everything arranged and in
good order.
