Hello Ramila, my trip was wonderful. Except for a small misunderstanding on a payment on my first day, everything was smooth.
I continue to be amazed at the professionalism of your guides. I hope you will tell "Vlada", "Alina" and "Igor" thank you for making my trip memorable. Igor especially went above and beyond the call of duty. He is a superb guide and you do not want to lose him. I hope I will be able to meet him again.
I may return to Kamyanets again next year for personal reasons. I will need help with hotel reservations, pick up at the airport, and train tickets.
This has been my 4th trip to the Ukraine and it now feels like my second home. All I need now is a Ukrainian wife!!!!!!

This is to thank you for arranging transportation for Mrs. Mumma and me, 11 September 2009, Kremenchuk Sea Port to Kiev Boryspil airport.
The ship arrived about on time, perhaps a bit late.
Your driver was waiting with the automobile and we were on the road to Kiev immediately. No waiting was necessary.
Your driver is to be congratulated for his skill and attention to the traffic. He did a very superior job!
I have done much driving not only in America, but also in Western European countries and have seen many poor drivers, particularly those who can not anticipate possible problems caused by other drivers.
I was particularly pleased by how well your driver was able to anticipate and avoid possible problems caused by many other drivers we saw on the road that day enroute to Kiev.

Thank you for your email. Firstly, I want to thank you for all the planning you did for me during my trip to the Ukraine. I came back the day before yesterday. I couldn't have survived without your help. And you calls, almost every day checking that I arrived at my destination was so appreciated.
Thank you again for your wonderful service. Next time I go there, I will skip the trains I think. Fortunately, I always found a solution when I couldn't read the train platforms.

Good morning Miss Lugina.
Hope every thing is good with you always.
Please for give me for robbing some of your precious time, but I would like to express some of my thoughts of my trip to Ukraine.
First I will like to say that I felt in love with your country, I was treated with respect, and I was impressed by the honesty when I was using the public buses and people forward the money to the collector by asking the next person to pass and so on, and even if change is due, it will be delivered back to the person and nobody will take a penny; I have never seen that in any country I have visited ( about 19 in three continents) Also I never was afraid to be robbed or assaulted in the streets of Kharkov or any other I have visited, as I took a train for almost a 2000 Kms. round trip all the way to Uzhgara, unfortunately, I did not expend much time in Kiev which looks a beautiful city, but I am planning to go back next year.
It was not easy for me since I do not speak Ukranian or Russian, although I can read some words, but thank to my extensive travel experience I was able to figure out situations, now I am determined to learn as much as I can of the languages, so next time it will be much easier.
I am planing to visit the south of Ukraine all the way to the Black Sea cities and landscapes, and I will need of your services again.
If you need my feed back of this trip for your agency you have my authorization to publish it.
Your services where of what it got me there and I will recommend it to any one is interested to go to beautiful Ukraine.

Dear Olga
Can I thank you and your colleagues for fixing up the hotels and trains
for us on our recent trip. We had a fantastic time and Odessa was
really stylish and charming. The food was exceptionally good everywhere
in Ukraine and far better than I could have dreamt
of. And Hotel Yalta was a wonderful experience- we even managed to get
the receptionists to smile and that takes some doing.
We might even come back!

I just returned from my tour, thank you again for a wonderful job. This was my
2nd tour with Unipress, and it was even better than last year. I saw
everything I ask to see and the guides (Vlada)and (Nataliya) were outstanding.
There is so much to see but never enough time to see it all, I hope to return
again. Also special thanks to Konstantine, who drove me to the Odessa airport
to catch my return flight to Kiev. He did everything except walk me up the
steps of the plane.
Please let Vlada and Nataliya know how much I appreciated their skills.

I would like to thank you for your good services. Everything was perfect, both the train tickets and the airport transfer in Kiev. Your driver in Kiev (I unfortunately forgot his name) was very competent and helpful.
We especially enjoyed our stay in Odessa - what a pleasant and open-minded city!
